Cutie Mark: Her actual cutie marks are crudely burned off, leaving noticeable patches of char on her flanks. Over these burnt spots her 'new cutie marks' have been painted with pigments. They resemble metallic chains tied into a noose.

Personality: 'Mad Life' is an incredible enigma, whose actual thought process is known to nobody. On the surface, she appears to be an incredibly polite and well-spoken psychopath, a sadistic killer who enjoys mind games and psychological torture. However, those who know her well- likely against their will- are aware that she does not have a sadistic streak.<br /><br />Indeed, she appears to not be pleasured by anything on this world. She does not laugh, and her dissonantly perpetual smile is always a polite one versus one of actual mirth. In the same vein, she is impossible to provoke, and nothing appears to anger her. She will coldly state the truth when prompted to.

Backstory: Once, roughly a century ago from present day, the mare known as 'Mad Life' was an ordinary unicorn daughter of socialites in Canterlot. She was raised spoiled, but was naturally a good natured and kind mare. Her skill with metalworking was incredible, and it was expected that she'd become a jeweler when she came of age.<br /><br />She went on an expedition into the northern fringes of Equestria as part of a party looking for rare precious metals for her coming of age... And vanished into the unknown along with the entirety of the party. Searches were eventually called off, and she was mourned along with the others as dead. <br /><br />It turns out the mare whose name was eventually forgotten when her parents and close friends died off wandered into the Crystal Empire, but not before suffering from corruption by the presence of King Sombra. The process was halted by the stasis that the Crystal Kingdom imparted, but once the Empire was reclaimed by Equestria 'Mad Life' came to life once more. Her original personality had been destroyed, replaced by... something. She took a train and vanished into the belly of Equestria, unknown to even be a threat...
