Appearance: She's a human who is unusually short for her age. She wears a white longsleeve shirt under a blue-and-white striped winter sweater. She also wears white warm pants, blue winter boots, a red-white striped scarf, and a white hat with little bear ears (think Finn's hat from Adventure Time). Her hair color is unknown due to being completely covered by her hat, and her eyes are dark green.
Personality: She is very intellectual, with having more books than friends. Whenever she makes a "friend", she usually drifts away from them after awhile due to just not being socially athletic. She could go on for hours about the latest improvement in science and technology, but would be speechless if you wanted to talk about simple things like what fashion is in this week. Needless to say, friends aren't her strongpoint, but reading and intelligence is.
Backstory: Areku grew up wanting to read and learn instead of make friends. To her, "friends" were just excuses to make shallow conversations, which she wasn't a fan of. By the time she was 8, her imagination (fed by her reading) exceeded her social skills, but this took a toll on her. She felt lonely, for noone could truelly relate to her. So, one night, she made a wish to the Evening Star to have just one true friend. The next morning, she found a strange egg under her bed.
