Appearance: As a Hippogriff, Atheia is part pony, part Griffon. She bears a grey coat and white feathers, tinted pink towards the tips and in poor lighting conditions. She has soft, amber eyes and stands about the same hight as a griffon - marginally taller than the average pony.
Cutie Mark: Atheia is unsure whether, as a half breed - she is capable of earning a cutie mark. She isn't particularly concerned about it regardless.
Personality: Atheia is a free-spirited soul who wants for nothing: she prefers nature and rural villages to large cities and crowds.

Born from a pairing of two races known to be natural enemies, she embodies love - in all its forms - and knows it. Caring and compassionate, she is a pacifist and hates violence of all kinds. She would love to say that she inherited her mothers adventurous streak or her fathers fascination of history, but in truth she dosent care for adventure or history: she believes that the past is better left where it is - in the past - and that all that matters in the present is that she does her best to help anyone she can.

She is gifted with herbs and natural remedies, is a fine singer and has excellent balance. Typically, she ventures into towns for short visits to sell her mixtures - medicines, tonics and perfumes. She claims that "any ailment can be remedied with one of three things - magic, laughter or nature."
Backstory: After leaving her parents home to settle on her own, Atheia roamed for a while before deciding that she couldn't live nearby: she wanted to settle somewhere of her own. Flying until she couldn't any more, she simply couldn't find a city or town that she felt comfortable in - eventually growing accustomed to sleeping out in the wilderness. She didn't mind - it was quiet, and the ponies that came out there were usually much more friendly than those that stuck to the cities.

She started to learn which plants and herbs were good and which to avoid from the books that she had brought with her. After a little trial and error, she eventually became proficient with herbal medicines and the like, and with general survival skills - she is an excellent cook.

Thanks to her heritage, Atheia is technically an Omnivore - though she tends towards vegetarianism out of respect for her mothers race and her inability to harm living creatures.
