Appearance: Beau Nuit is a light grey pegasus with a black mane, as you can see.

Cutie Mark: His cutie mark is a croissant. It was earned when he discovered his skills and passion as a little chef.

Personality: Beau Nuit (or simply, Beau or Bow (pronounced "Boh") is a rather laid back character, but can be rather impatient if things aren't going as planned. He can be a little bit stubborn and sarcastic, but remembers not to hurt anyone.

Backstory: Beau was born in Cloudsdale of course, and made friends with Comet Streak while in flight school. Although his flight skills rivaled those of Streak, he later found his special talent to be in the culinary arts. This was a result of his mother becoming ill when he was a colt, so he had to do the cooking for the family for the time. He really enjoyed making food for others (great food!), getting pleased when people loved his work, which eventually earned him his cutie mark. His inability to use magic does hinder him sometimes.<br /><br />He later moved down to Foallas so that even earth ponies and unicorns can enjoy his work, and opened a restaurant named "Hoofsteaus" there. Though Beau does frequently leave the restaurant to his chefs so he can try out different tastes and styles around Equestria and beyond, looking for more inspiration for his work. He wishes that his restaurant will eventually become one of the most notorious places all over Equestria.
