Cutie Mark: Here is missing: a black and white flame. It means that he has talent in using powerful magic for both good and evil purposes, depending on his mood and the situation. He uses his talent to cast harmful spells when angered but most of the time, he enjoys excerciting in casting spells made by him.

Personality: Soul is a very patinmt pony, with good attitude in listening other ponies in difficulty and comforting them. With mares, he behaves like the most noble knight and is not above kissing their hooves and losing himself in gallant compliments that would make any female melt. But, sometimes (yet never when a mare is around) his patience ends nd snaps, giving of a spectacle of rudeness, yet he rarely resorts to violence because e would most likely harm heavily those ho make him mad. Despite this he as a logical behavior, and somepony who doesn't know him would say that he is unsensible. It is partly wrong, because he tends to hide a poetic and soft soul behind his apatic behavior. He likes to tease the patience of the older ponies, mostly, he like to argue with grown ups about the magic and the society commas, that he tends to avoid very time that he can.

Backstory: When he was born, his jet black mane gave his mother the idea of calling him Black. When he firstly used his telekinesis, he was absolutely enchanted by the sight of his cyan magic lifting his favourite drawing pencil. After withneasing a show of a wandering blue unicorn with violet eyes, he appointed as his goal in life the one of making the highest number of original spells. Despite he is abe to use common spells, he mostly likes to create his own ones, like creating thorns that at a given time fall into a cascade of particles, or he can use as weapon against who pisses off him. After experiencing some very sad acts by the fillies he fell in love with, he lost his 'Drive' to create his spells, but he had already created and perfected 10 of them. One day, wondering in Canterlot, he gone into tje library, and not caring of the warnings of the owner, he reached a tome that many ponies considered evil. It contained spells that could have helped the caster to manipulate feelings, minds and many other parts of the victim of the one who uses them. Soul was caught by the forbidden entity of the book and decided to steal it from the library, manipulating the owner to let him leave. He carried it around with him, and after using its spells for both good and evil, he acquired his cutie mark, that he just calls 'Mark'.
