Cutie Mark: A single black snowflake, Due to his being able to use ice magic, but it is corrupted from his past.

Personality: Mysterious, Distant, Protective, Defensive.

Backstory: Blake was one of the few unicorns who could you Ice Magic. The pegasi found this useful and brought him in. Once when he was very young, Rainbow Dash had found him practicing his ice magic, and decided he would be the perfect asset to a test that the rainbow factory had planned on doing for a while now. Once they had him in the factory, he was locked in and he would never see his family again. The pegasi here had equipped him with a set of mechanical wings so that he could fly freely around the factory as most of the other pegasi could. Then the experiment began. They injected Blake with a needle filled with the rainbows that they had taken from ponies prior, to see if they could make a rainbow snowflake. When Blake then trie his magic, the result was only a black snowflake, as the magic in his had already created a full spectrum of white light,and he became unable to produce the color in the snowflakes. After the failed experiment, he was placed in the draining of the failing pegasi colors He did this until he became a young adult, and decided he had enough. He escaped, but narrowly, and he hides his mechanical wings beneath a cape, But he will never take them off, as they were permanently attached to his skeletal structure. Since then he has lived a low profile life in Ponyville.
