Backstory: Born on a harsh winters night in a little snowy mountain town somewhere around the mountainous region of Canterlot, Blizzara was practically born able to take artic temperatures and winds. In fact it's part of her talent even, she's a sort of explorer/weather mare who specializes in bringing winter to Equestria.
