Personality: Blue Arctic is very active, especially when it's winter and Christmas (he loves playing in the snow).He is very friendly, and also defend from those who dare to mess with any of his friends.

Backstory: Nobody known where he was born and where he's from.When colt, arrived in Canterlot all malnourished, and then was collected by Princess Celestia's guards.His cutie mark was already in his butt when he came to Canterlot.
