Personality: He has an average intellect so he does average things like any pony will do. Apparently he is not that sociable with some ponies because he stays at his home a lot. When he meets new ponies he examined them first by circling around them. Some ponies found it weird but when he sees your good, he'll talk to you nicely and be kind to you too and vice versa. He had this sort of habit from his brother and became a part of Blue's life. It's his brother's way to survive in his adventures. He is quite interested in the study of astronomy, so everypony always sees him in the night with his gigantic and heavy telescope.

Backstory: Blue was born in Fillydelphia and lived with his parents and a brother. His mother is a scientist so his mother comes home often. Well his father is the Chief Captain of the weather team in FIllydelphia. And lastly his brother is an adventurer, he explores old caves, mysterious ruins, and discovers new things that the pony kind doesn't know. Because of this Blue has to be babysit by his aunt. When he was 16 years old he was allowed to live alone where ever he wants, thanks to his parents money. He knows that his parents care for him but they were now too busy with their work they forgot their family. They only see each other in National Holidays like Nightmare Night, Christmas eve, birthdays and many more. So Blue was still happy even they weren't there.<br /><br />He decided to live in Ponyville because of it's popularity on the most beautiful place to star gaze. He had form this sort of habit from his mother. <br /><br />He got his cutie mark shaped like Princess Celestia but it was color blue. When he was 8, his father promised him that on his next birthday he will take him to work. For Blue it was bring your son to work day. That noon, his fathers workers did a miscalculation on the making a thunder storm making it into a typhoon. All the people took shelter while the Weather Team does something about this disaster. <br /><br />Blue was caught in the crossfire between pony and nature. He got carried by the wind and his father took action and flew to Blue as fast as he could. He couldn't make it in time, and saw his son gone into the eye of the typhoon.<br /><br /> Blue opened his eyes and saw what no pony in history knows. Surrounded by the typhoon clouds with blue lightning strikes passing through the eye. His body was twist and turning everywhere. Until the lightning struck him, but felt no pain. His eyes started to light brightly, also his body. He cried and cried for his father to save him, but nopony can hear him. He suddenly felt a strange of energy pulsing from his heart. He felt something hot and he became woozy causing him to faint. The next day he was in the hospital, all bandaged up except for his mouth. His parents and his brother were there, feeling overjoyed that Blue's okay.<br /><br />They asked what happened when he was in the eye of the typhoon. He said that he was struck by lightning causing him to faint. His parents looked at each other and told there son was there anything else that happened. They got an unusual response. They lift the cover then immediately saw his cutie mark. He should be happy about it and also his family, but their not.<br /><br />3 days later he was released from the hospital. When they got home, his mom hooked up her machine to Blue. Analyzing any abnormality, at his end of the day his mother something that she cannot explain. He told his son he had obtain powers as powerful as Princess Celestia. He could conjure up blue fire and materialize it into anything he needs. Like a blue fire sword, blue fire knife, and anything else. He is not able to control at his current age but he and his father trained him how to use it properly when the time comes. <br /><br />(Quite long for getting his cutie mark right. Sorry if you didn't understand some part. Its difficult for me to do background stories or any right grammar. So please understand.)<br /><br />Let's go back to now. His current job in Ponyville is selling books in his very own bookstore. Its not that quite popular, but at least he'll gain some money to continue living in Ponyville. <br /><br /><br /> <br />
