Appearance: Her mane is SLIGHTLY longer then in the image,about 3 inches.

Cutie Mark: A neon blue bubble with a neon yellow lightning bolt. Shes a fast flier,she speeds close to rainbow dash,of course shes a bit to slow for a sonic rainboom,she says she could pass Rainbow Dash anyday,anytime.She loves bubbles as much as her best friend,Derpy.

Personality: On the outside,shes a liar,has great insults,mean,rude,and doesn't care for everypony. Under the shell,shes nice,honest,friendly,loyal,kind,funny,playful,and brave. Her shell was formed after years of being bullied. Her center was finally revealed on the day of meeting Derpy Hooves.

Backstory: In the making of My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic,she was made to take Fireflys place,due to copyrights. Then they decided,a Rainbow maned pony would be better,they got rid of Blue Lightning. Now all she is a glitch. Being teased and messed up ever since they got rid of her.She constantly glitches and turned 8-bit,not even Pinkie Pie liked her that much. She was forced to the Everfree Forest,where she met Derpy Hooves,who was chasing a butterfly. She expected to be called "Glitchy" or "Useless" or "Dumb" "Stupid" or an insult like normal. All she got was "Hi,I'm Ditzy! Everypony makes fun of me and calls me Derpy though..just because my eyes.." Blue Lightning was surprized to ACTUALLY see a pony who wasn't going to mess with her "Uhmm..Hi...I'm Blue Lightning...everypony calls me Glitchy though.." After a while of talking,and laughing,they became great friends.
