Personality: Open-minded: Blue Skies is always interested in new and different ideas or ways of doing things. <br />Sincere: Blue Skies often misses sarcasm and has trouble lying, even if it's in her best interest. <br />Ambitious: Never taking the easy road, Blue Skies likes to aim high and often bites off more than she can chew when she chooses a new project.<br />Distracted: She finds it hard to pay attention to the world around her when the stuff inside her head is so much more interesting!

Backstory: With a father in Celestia's corps of weather engineers, Blue Skies moved around a lot as a filly. No matter where she went, though, she never quite felt at home. Now she lives in Fillydelphia in a house that's half-project, half-living space. Other ponies come to her with problems and she does her best to come up with solutions.
