Personality: Likes to fly in the air,and hangs out with RD.

Backstory: Blue Tornado was born at the day when the very first tornado happened in Ponyville.Her parents are Twister Tornado(see Twister Tornado) and Electric Blue(see Electric Blue).Blue Tornado did not have any friends until she was 5.As a filly,she always wanted to fly really fast,so she tried.Then,when she was practicing her flying stunts (about the same time RD made the 1st Sonic Rainboom),she made a blue tornado and she got her cutie mark!
