Appearance: Bronze is a Crystal Pony, so naturally he looks like he's made of crystal. Those crystals are a light purple, and his mane is a light brown to match. He stands at an average height for stallions his age and has a heavier build. Also, the further away he gets from the Crystal Empire (more specifically the Crystal Heart) the less he looks like a crystal pony, however retains his 'shiny' coat and mane.

Cutie Mark: A coin from the Crystal Empires "old" currency. On it is a crude map of someplace. There is a forest to the west, a mountian to the north and a river that runs round the forest. The rest of the map has hills drawn upon it. The cutie mark represents his love of both old and new things as well as his desire to see the world.

Personality: Bronze is incredibly generous with his belongings, willing to give them away for nothing. He's also very generous with his time, willing to listen to other ponies and do odd jobs and such for them. While he's generous and kind, he also has a very explosive temper. Only a few things set him off, such as oppressiveness towards others.<br /><br />His hobbies include exploration and history. He loves hearing about the world as it was a thousand years ago, and he loves seeing what beauty the world has to offer.

Backstory: Bronze is a crystal pony from the Crystal Empire, or rather whats left of it. Before King Sombra's reign, he was the son of a soilder in the Crystal Empire's military. While not ever dreaming of becoming a guard himself, he still looked up to his father as he was kind and strong. He enjoyed spending his youth exploring around in the wilderness outside of the capital with his mother.<br /><br />However, as King Sombra approached Bronze's father, Tanzanite, abandoned his post at the watch and joined a relief organization who were planning to evacuate the city through the mining tunnels so that the citizens could take refuge in the neighboring nation of Equestria. It was a success and after they were gone, bronze decided to stay behind with his Father, and his mother left to seek asylum in Equestria. Ultimately Sombra overtook the knights and the relief organization became a rebellion, hiding in the mining tunnels and fighting the tyrant. However they were eventually captured and sealed away when the sisters came to defeat the evil king.<br /><br />After the curse lifted and the crystal heart was restored, Bronze's father went back to work as a knight under Princess Cadence, and Bronze after learning how much time had actually gone by, looked around his home to find the snowy wasteland that it had become. Instead of being saddened by this, he was actually very excited. He never got to explore the world before he was sealed away, but what else had changed while they were stuck under that curse? He set off soon after that on a journey to explore the world.
