Personality: She's a huge tomboy about like Applejack and Rainbow Dash but she is also good with animals (mostly). She's not very social with other ponies but she can be civil if she needs to be.

Backstory: When butterwing was born she had both her parents, but when she was about 6 she lost her dad. Nopony really knows what happened to him, all we know is that he was out exploring somewhere with a few of his friends and they got seperated. Only two came back home safe. However, Butterwing's dad and the other pony didn't make it.‏
