Appearance: Goat. Similar in appearance to Iron Will's goats, but with no protruding teeth. Dark brown coat, gray eyes, dark gray horns, black tail, black hair that he keeps slicked back, and a black goatee and mustache. Wears a well-fitted, minimalistic, full body black military uniform with dark grey accents and dark red epaulettes.

Personality: Intelligent and extremely knowledgeable about many subjects, especially regarding history, geography, and magic. Generally quiet unless spoken to, but very eloquent when he does speak. Highly pragmatic and logical, perhaps to a fault. Will occasionally crack a snarky joke, but that is a rare thing indeed. Is generally very distant and detached, rarely getting caught up in the things going on around him. Has a great interest in the history of Equestria and ancient magics.

Backstory: Blackwater's earlier years were spent exploring the most ancient ruins of Equestria in search of magical artifacts. His greatest success in this regard came two years ago during an expedition in to the Everfree Forest, in which he delved deep in to the cave of an undead dragon and found a magical amulet dating back to the dawn of civilization in Equestria. This earned him much praise from the magic community. His existence before and since the discovery of the amulet is mostly unknown, as he prefers to keep a very low profile.
