Appearance: Cream/Blonde mane and tail and light pink coat.

Cutie Mark: His cutie mark is a thought bubble, but it can also be seen as a cloud. It's meant to represent how much he daydreams, thinks and also to represent how often his head seems to be in the clouds.

Personality: Well, as the name implies, he is capricious (given to sudden and unaccountable changes of mood or behavior) however these changes can rarely be seen as he doesn't generally display emotion on his face. He is more often seen spacing out and daydreaming that actually being fully aware. Despite the fact the he is, for all intents and purposes, a young adult he still has the mind a behavior patterns of a young filly/colt. To most adult ponies he comes across as cold, scary and to some even downright rude, but children seem to understand him and love playing with him. Despite his inner childishness, he generally seems calm and mature as he was taught to be and he is intelligent and in some ways even wise.

Backstory: When he was young he was seen as fairly average for a colt his age, if not slightly quieter than average, and he got along with other ponies his age fairly well. As he and the many friends he had began to grow up, they began to change beginning to mature and become interested in new things, however, Capricious stayed the same. His parents began to become concerned for him as they noticed he was not maturing mentally the same way as other ponies, after another year passed with no change they began to take matters into their own hooves. They started teaching him to repress his childish behavior and act like a pony his age should, which he took as needing to his his emotions which lead to the state he is currently. After they believed they "fixed" him they decided to have another child, Sun Stalk, who ended up becoming the best thing that had ever happened to Capricious. After his brother was born, Capricious now had a new friend to play with, and play with he did, he and Sun Stalk were not only brothers, but also best friends. As Sun Stalk grew older, he ended up becoming more of the older brother figure and began taking care of Capricious himself rather than the other way around. There was never really a big "AH-HA!" moment when he got his cutie mark, he was just daydreaming, as per usual, and it appeared, he didn't even notice until Sun Stalk pointed it out. As soon as Capricious came of age, he moved out with Sun Stalk to Manehattan where they live together, still practically inseparable.
