Personality: Sarcastic, calm, and loyal.

Backstory: Born in Santa Rosa in 1920. Carlos was raised in a traditional Mexican way of life home. His mother Stella raised him by herself after his father was killed in a car accident. In 1927 his stepfather Justin Swanson a veteran of WWI married Carlos's mother. His step dad is what got him interested in the military. In 1943 he joined the marines and graduated in the same year.
