Appearance: Her mane is grey and tattered, and withering away. Her skin is a faded blue, cracked and aged, and very rough. She is incredibly frail, and can barely stand.

Personality: In this new post-Sin state, she is very hateful and focused. She has lost all of the fun she used to have within her. She is very controlling, and has even trained in mind-controlling magics.

Backstory: Cerulean was a friend of Topaz, who fell to Sin when they tried to overthrow him. She was lost to Sin, and had her essence and mind corrupted. She has mastered arts of controlling others, and is very good at magic. She was sealed away along with Sin, but the seal is weakening...
