Cutie Mark: Chibi's Cutie Mark is a dip pen overtop a blank sheet of paper to symbolize his artistic talent as well as his knack of using a lot of paper.

Personality: His personality resembles that of a mixture between Twilight Sparkle and Fluttershy. He has a tendency to geek out and talk about Astronomy as well as the history and technology of his home nation, but is generally anti-social. If he's insulted, he often bows his head, adorns a saddened look, and accepts it with no reply. His knack for going into scientific mode annoys others and they often cut him off.

Backstory: Chibi Masato was named so because Chibi means 'runt' where he was born, and Masato means 'Pony of Truth." He was born and raised in a nation north of Equestria known as "Great Caulk," a land run by Giraffes and Dogs as opposed to Ponies. In comparison to Equestria, Great Caulk is technology oriented rather than magic, thus they're more of a steampunk nation lending to Masato's nature of geeking out regarding technology. After completing school, he decided to go to the nation where his parents were from, Equestria and currently makes his way as an artist. (OPTIONAL) He had recently worked alongside Trixie and several others as a planner as well as advertisement manager.
