Appearance: He's a short, orange pony with a blue mane. He doesn't have much fat on him so his lean muscles stand out.

Cutie Mark: A shield with a lion and an eagle on it. It signifies his promise to protect ponies with courage and honor.

Personality: He takes everything too seriously.<br />He's more reserved and only has a few select friends.<br />He only deals in facts.<br />He's not the best with emotions.<br />

Backstory: He grew up in Cloud City. His father was an officer in the Cloud City police force. Chip always admired father to the point of becoming the hall monitor in elementary school. He earned his cutie mark when he saw one of his school mates being bullied on the playground for barely being able to hover when she flew. He stood up against the bullies. Of course it resulted in him being beat up by the older colts, but he had no regrets and vowed to always protect ponies in danger.<br /><br />After he graduated from flying school (not top in his class but still with honors), he joined the Cloud City police force.
