Personality: Chipper likes reading and gaming. She likes to be alone, and always speaks her mind. She never tries to blend in (I don't think she could).

Backstory: Chipper was a regular pegasus, then at age 14 she made herself a cybernetic horn, and was chased out of Ponyville. She lived in the Everfree forest for four years, but was accepted back into Ponyville.
