Personality: Quiet, likes to keep to himself. Humble towards others. Enjoys the happiness of others rather than his own happiness.

Backstory: A knight of the Royal Canterlot Army in the years before Princess Luna's banishment, Chivaly IronHoof, a battle hardened soldier, was killed in battle. He awoke several days later, still in his suit of armor, to discover that he was saved by mysterious hooded mare. She would not reveal her name or occupation, only revealing that Chivalry had died in battle days before. She explained that she bound Chivalry's soul to his armor, meaning his armor was now his new body. After explaining what had happened, the mare teleported Chivalry back to the front gate of the Canterlot Castle. Chivalry continues to serve in the Canterlot Army, since he can't die of old age now. He works for Princess Luna which is shown in his coat of arms. To this day, Chivalry still does not know who the mare was who saved his life or why she did. He claims that if he ever meets the mysterious mare, he will repay her with his life in servitude to her, since she saved his life.
