Appearance: Citron is muscular stallion with a lightly tanned fur coat. He always carries his three swords along with him, bundled up with a green haramaki over his right hip, allowing him to easily draw them with his left hand. Of the three swords he has on his person, he has always been seen carrying Wado Ichimonji, while his other two swords have varied over time due to them being destroyed and subsequently replaced with progressively better ones. Although his right hoof is usually seen resting over them, he can also use this hoof to pull his swords out before sitting down. Citron normally keeps a bandanna tied around his left bicep and ties it around his head when he is fighting seriously against an opponent. Citron's body is covered with scars from his many battles, most notably the massive scar stretching from his left shoulder to his right hip that he acquired during his loss against the world's greatest swordsman, Bistre Scimitar.

Personality: Citron has a stern, serious and distanced personality, Thought at times he often reacts in a goofy and exaggerated comic style due to his gruff, impatient attitude. He also likes sake but he never gets drunk due to his inhumanly-high endurance and tolerance for alcohol. Another notable trait is his lack of orientation, as he often gets lost, even in small, familiar spaces or when being led by someone. Despite this, he is often the first to sense an enemy or danger, and the first to react. He is often displayed being well aware of dangerous situations and ponies around him.<br /><br />Citron often also reminds others of the harsh facts. although they usually decide he is right. He often comes across as arrogant and overconfident, but only because he knows he's a strong stallion with great fighting ability. Even so, Citron knows that he still has a lot of untapped potential, and is constantly seen training and trying to improve his fighting skills. He also adheres to a strict sword master's code of honor, and never falsely brags or lies about his abilities, sometimes outright admitting a weakness, even to an enemy. He also never tries to escape from a fight or use trickery to win, believing that doing so is cowardly and scorning anyone who uses such tactics. Citron is very vigorous, strong-willed, and determined.

Backstory: Citron Slash also known as "Pirate Hunter Citron", is a pirate and a former bounty hunter. His fame as a master swordsman earned him a great and infamous reputation.<br /><br />But he is not really a pirate. He is actually a samurai. And he appears to maintain a certain degree of bushido much like one. Citron has been known to kill his opponents if he has to, but never in cold blood.
