Appearance: Orange and pink spiked hair with light blueish purple eyes. White fur.<br /><br />Previously, she had pink and green hair, but on an impulse she decided to color the green to orange instead.

Cutie Mark: The cutie mark describes her love for punk music, and also how good she is at making it.<br /><br />(Single note pierced by a lightning bolt and one note on each side.)

Personality: Careless, hotheaded, mistrusting, loyal, occasionally flirty, aggressive to disliked ponies, reckless, fearless, honest, passionate, confident, adventurous, independent, disobedient, impulsive, and party animal.<br /><br />When Cleo finally trusts somepony, she is very loyal to them.

Backstory: Born and raised in Manehatten with a single mother, who looked after her as much as she could. Cleo did occasionally fight with her, but they usually made up afterwards. <br /><br />Cleo's father left when she was eight years old. He had been packing up a suitcase, and she asked him where he was going. Her father said that he was going to come back very soon, promising her this. With a kiss on her head he left, never coming back. After this, Cleo became much less trusting of ponies.<br /><br />She has a younger brother, and while they argue often, she still cares about him. She likes to hang out with him when they both have the time, usually spending the day playing various games. (Brother's name is Zephyr.)<br /><br />Cleo and her family initially lived in the poorer parts of the city, where crime and gangs were plenty. In order to guarantee safety for her family and out of boredom, she decided to join one of the gangs. Since she was small and quick, she would be the one who warned the ponies of any police ponies coming to capture them. Mainly, the gang members would run around and cause chaos by stealing and vandalizing things. Cleo would have a lot of fun doing so, ignoring her conscience.<br /><br />Her fellow gang members were going on a hunt of what to vandalize one day, and stumbled upon one of the richer fillies from school. They had leapt on her, intending to steal her things. However, Cleo refused to attack with them and instead defended her. She managed to convince them to let this one filly go.<br />Her reason for this was because this filly(Rosemary) had shown kindness to her once and Cleo refused to let a debt go unpaid.<br /><br />In school, Cleo got into plenty of trouble, almost daily. Talking back to the teachers and getting into fights were usually the main reasons. Cleo payed attention only in classes that interested her, such as Music and Sports. She was infamous in school, known for her bad attitude to almost everypony.<br /><br />Soon after she had saved Rosemary, the two eventually became good friends. This was rather surprising to other ponies since they were very unlike each other.<br /><br />Cleo got her cutie mark in the middle of highschool, when she had snuck into a bar to see her favorite band play. After the show, she managed to get backstage in order to talk to the band members. Thankfully for her, the ponies didn't kick her out. They were rather surprised at her dedication to them.<br />After some talking, one of the guitarist saw that she had been eying his guitar, and asked if she wanted to try it. Cleo agreed happily, and quickly picked up the guitar and tried to mimic how she had seen the guitarist play. After a few minutes of trying and failing, the guitarist showed her how to play properly, so she tried again. This time however, she managed a guitar riff. <br />The second guitarist picked his instrument up and played a few of his own riffs, which Cleo managed to copy. This went on, until Cleo had played a whole song this way, progressively getting better.<br />The moment that she did, her cutie mark appeared. As a gift, the first guitarist let her keep the guitar, saying that he had plenty of others anyways.<br /><br />When Cleo had finished high school, she immediately went to the bar where she had gotten her cutie mark and auditioned for a gig. Thankfully she was allowed to play.<br />And so Cleo went around several places simply playing the guitar and gaining an audience. <br /><br />How Cleo acts around stallions depends on the pony. If they've made a good first impression on her, she would be flirty but teasing, not looking for anything more than a 'friends with benefits' relationship. If they try to force her to be something more, she would warn them at first. If they try again, a couple of slaps to the face would usually ward them off, and she does not speak to them again.<br /><br />If the stallion made a bad impression on her, she would not give them any chances. If they continue acting bad to her, she would respond in kind, aggravating them at any chance she got.
