Appearance: A dark blue pegusus pony with a Silver mane and tail.

Cutie Mark: His cutie mark is a mid-grey storm cloud with an orange colored lightning bolt shooting out the bottom of it

Personality: Hes kind of outspoken, especially when he gets angry. He has a tendency to swear quite often, but out of personal habit more than anything. He dosn't like standing still for too long, always has to be doing something.

Backstory: Cloud Shooter lived all of his life in Cloudsdale, however after the Wonderbolts Academy rejected him for his colorful vocabulary, that quickly changed. He has now been traveling, seeing more places that Equestria has to offer. He just got done at Las Pegesus were he earned quiet a few extra bits.
