Cutie Mark: <p> A white cloud with a pair of wind gusts flowing behind it. She has a talent for athletics, mainly flying but for other activities as well. In return for not being the fastest or the most powerful, she makes up for in her ability to pace herself and last for long periods of time like a cloud on the wind. </p>

Personality: <p> Quiet and reserved, she much more prefers to stick to the background than to be the focus of a conversation. If left no other choice, she will be able to carry on a conversation with just about anypony with no lack of smiles. In time, most will find she isn't actually shy, simply not one for words and actually enjoys the company of others and can be a joy to be around. However, most don't give her the chance to show her true nature and tend to ignore her for her sister or somepony else entirely, leaving her with a small sense of loneliness and a wish for more interaction. </p>

Backstory: <p> Growing up in the city of Tall Tale with her sister, the pair were thrust into many athletic activities by their parents at a young age. Though disliking it at first, that quickly became accustomed to their new active lifestyles. Cloud Skipper soon discovered her love of the view below her and the empty space around her as she fly about with the freedom to do as she pleased without a care. This discovery led to her spending more time in the air at a relaxed pace as she drifted about to take everything in, increasing her endurance and ability to take tighter and more controlled motions, but left her with an inability to keep up with other pegasi flying at top speed. </p> <p> Her lack of speed never discouraged her, however, and she took to entering flying competitions with her sister and soon found out what she thought was a curse was actually a blessing in disguise. Though she hasn't ever won a competition, she has no troubles making it close as she outlasts her faster opponents by keeping her constant speed while the others tire. She keeps going with the hopes of some day making it to the top to show that speed isn't everything. </p> <p> Through their travels for various competitions, the twins took a liking to the big city feel of Manehattan and found a comfortable place to live when not on their travels. Seeing them resting at home is a rarity as Cloud Skipper often finds herself getting dragged about by her sister, sometimes against her will.  As such, the pair can often be found in various cities around Equestria just as often as in their home city. </p>
