She had somehow disarmed him, took his sword, and defeated him with it. It signifies both her strength with weapons and magic. </p>

Personality: <p> Prefers to be a lone wolf, but isn't bothered by other ponies or dragons. Unless of course they're trying to kill her.<br /> Doesn't speak much, a bit of the "strong but silent" clich<span>é, but very friendly when she actually does talk.</span> </p>

Backstory: <p>     Born from an ancient royal bloodline, that was thought to have been killed off in the War of Draqonids 82,000 years ago. She was raised as royalty, until the age of 100, where she began her training in swordsmanship and magic. Her parents wanted her to be a ruler that would fight alongside her troops, as they had done.<br />     Her training lasted for 2,000 years, at the end of which, she earned herself the title of 'Royal Champion'. Shortly thereafter, she would've been given the crown, had the Tyriktal War not started, lasting for 1000 years. During said war, she earned herself the title of 'Titan Slayer', killing over 200 Titans single-handedly. Shortly after that war ended, another started, known as the War of Draqonids. At the time, Drakes outnumbered Ponies 5 to 1, which didn't end well. Over three quarters of the population was killed, including the King and Queen. But just before the War ended, Clyssora had been ordered by the King and Queen to defeat the Drake Lord. She nearly made it to his lair, before she found out it had ended already. Feeling guilty she left her parents behind, she hid in a deep cave underground, strengthening her magic. Almost 200 years later, she emerged from the cave and had slain nearly 5,000 Drakes, after which she went back into her cave, in which she stayed in magical slumber for 76,000 years.<br />     The King and Queen of that time had heard of a legend of a hero who had slain over 4,000 Drakes and over 200 Titans, and that the hero was still alive somewhere, but in a magic sleep. So, they searched for the hero, eventually finding Clyssora deep under a volcano, encased in obsidian. The King and Queen brought her back to their palace, and attempted to wake her, but she wouldn't. They thought the magic was too powerful, but five days later their magic finally activated, and she woke up. Not knowing when or where she was, she had many questions, many of which had been answered by the King and Queen themselves, who in turn had many questions. After learning a few things from them, Clyssora decided to test her magic with a few spells, all of which didn't work. It seemed her magic had grown much weaker in her sleep, and the King and Queen had no easy solutions. Over the next few hundred years, she re-strengthened her magic, and regained her prowess with a sword. But shortly thereafter, a being known as Discord had taken control over the lands, and Clyssora had gone into hiding again, not wanting to participate in yet another war.<br />     Nearly 500 years later, two sisters known as Celestia and Luna had overpowered Discord and regained the crown(s). Thinking herself bad luck, Clyssora returned to her magical slumber, was forgotten by all, and was only known as a legend in ancient texts.<br />     Unfortunately for Clyssora, a certain pony named Twilight Sparkle was quite the history buff, and ran across the text revealing where Clyssora was. Twilight Sparkle had initially thought it was a joke, but when she asked Celestia, she was told stories that made her realize the truth, and she went searching. Eventually, she had found Clyssora, encased in obsidian, and brought her to Celestia, who had woken her. Clyssora didnt ask any questions this time, nor did she answer any that were asked. She just flew out and tested her magic again. Finding it was weak again, she flew away into the Everfree forest, where she now stays, re-strengthening her magic.<br />     If you ever want to find her, she's sometimes at Canterlot Castle, dueling the guards. </p>
