Backstory: was born and raised in washington dc his father was a major in the Enclave S.P.D (special projects division) and his mother was a medic he always had a fondness for tech and wanted to restore peace to the capital wasteland he graduated from the academy with high grades and he went on to join the F.R.D Force recon division after a couple of years and a couple dozen successful missions and promotions created the PA-17 'devil skin' <br />He was at the battle for the purifier and was the one that ordered the fall back of all enclave forces in the dc area after adams air force base was destroyed by the lone wanderer he then assumed control of all enclave forces on the east coast <br />He was preparing his forces for the battle of hoover dam for once the NCR and the legion had worn each over out he would lead the charge and swipe victory from both sides and then he would march on California and take back the west coast and restore the enclaves fear and respect
