Personality: Menacing and dangerous and very quiet. Sly and threatening.

Backstory: The Crime Lord's history is unknown. However the unknown figure set up the B-POD to try and go against Equestria's rules and break it. The shadowed villain succeeded and every year there were 6 ponies to be chosen at random for the gang forcefully.<br /><br />Some say the Crime Lord was a Pegasus who had their wings ripped off when a creature from the Everfree Forest attacked them. Earth Pony or Pegasus.<br /><br />Real name and gender is unknown.<br />
