Appearance: White-light yellowish coat, brown mane, brown long tail, chocolate brown eyes. Middle-sized; not fat or very skinny. A bit taller than a female pony and s similar smallish nose to a female pony. Wears a black cloak (not the superhero cape or so, just a full-body cloak).

Cutie Mark: A full-round moon behind a gray-black cloud and two white quadrangular stars below the cloud (one left to the cloud, one to the right). A cutie mark represents the love thowards night and wandering around alone before the dawn when nopony is around.

Personality: Shy, smart, and careful and curious.<br />Likes winter, cloudy nights, rain and snow, vegetables, being alone sometimes, sleeping on the clouds, cold weather and peace.<br />Dislikes bright sunny days, hot weather, mean ponies, violence and fighting.

Backstory: Dawn Frost and his parents lived in Cloudsdale. As the only kid in the family, he always had a rough time at home. With his parents arguing and fighting every day, he was unable to enjoy the situation he was in. Unlike most other families who shared love and peace together, he couldn't get a bit of it in his family. Of course, he wasn't the reason his parents were fighting, but they got so careless in fights that he felt like he was impacted and forgotten by his own mother and father. By the time he was 5, his parents decided to divorce. Dawn Frost continued to live with his mother and was rarely getting visits from his father. When father would visit him, they would go and hang out. But every time his father returned Dawn Frost home he would start an argument with his mother on the doorstep once again. Every night Dawn Frost cried more and more. <br /><br />One night Dawn Frost escaped from home, full in tears, because he couldn't listen to his parents hating each other. He flew from cloudsdale as far as he could, but he was very young and got exhausted quickly. He laid down in the valley near ponyville and kept looking at the full moon, slowly crying out tears of sadness. He kept laying there the whole night and sobbing, wishing things could get better. Then suddenly, he finally felt relaxed, peaceful and relieved because he was alone. He finally did not have to listen to hateful words and screams. He decided to return home so his mother would not be worried. Every night, after a rough day, he went back to the same valley so he could get away from fighting. After 5 nights he realized how nice, peaceful and quiet the outside world is at night. He started loving the night with all his heart. Sixth night he accidentally even fell asleep in the valley under the moon, finally with a smile on his face after a long time. After he woke up he was frightened that his mother is in panic and rushed home to let her know that he is fine. He came home, his mother was very upset as she just woke up and realized he was not home. She rushed to hug him and noticed something. She got excited and asked Dawn Frost "Sweety, have you noticed something?". He was confused and replied that he doesn't know what she is talking about. She took him to the mirror and he could clearly see that his cutie mark appeared. He was very confused as he did not know what does it clearly mean, but he found out eventually. <br /><br />Times passed until he finally turned 18. In the meantime, his mother got into a huge depression, claiming that she is a terrible parent and that she ruined the family, while her son was doing his best to cheer her up. Father rarely ever asked about them, until he cut off all connections with them. In the end, Dawn Frost turned 19 and decided to move on with his life. He decided to go away from home and find out if there is any way to find peace between other ponies since he didn't really know much about it. Today he lives in the frozen north and vists home every now and then.
