Personality: Pre-corruption: TreadTrot was kind, very intelligent, quiet, never liked large crowds and loved winter.<br /><br />Corrupted: Giddy, careless, violent. Has mood swings frequently. Even smarter than before, but near evil.Having said this, he also has a depressed, quiet side, as he hopes to find a new life (and cutie mark).

Backstory: When touring Equestria to raise awareness for disabled ponies, Doctor Dycerbus was attacked and captured by a cultist group, called 'The Purists". The cult accused the Doctor of "helping the inadequate", and cast corruption spells on him that changed his colour, behaviour and cutie mark.<br />They then left him to die in the wilderness.<br /><br />The Royal guard found the Doctor days later, attacking small plants.<br />having lost his cutie mark, he was discharged from his work and given a sum of money to live out his days.
