Appearance: bluish-gray bat eyes, dark gray coat with a blue/purple mane and tail.

Cutie Mark: a red, open rose blooming from a purple and blue pen (a 'pen-rose'), signifying that Doxus is a proofreader as well as expressing his name being a bastardisation of the word "paradox."

Personality: Doxus is a fairly shy Earth pony that's quiet at first but would tell you the secrets of the world if he puts his trust in you. Doxus tends to take things to the heart moreso than everypony else but he would never show it, as he cares more about the needs of others than his own.

Backstory: not much is known about Doxus other than that he represents one of the six Dark Elements of Harmony and resides in his hometown of Dark Hollow where he works as a proofreader and spends time with his good friends Puck and Sardonyx (another Dark Element bearer).
