Backstory: Grew up in Canterlot, very near to the library, had a librarian for a mother and an alchemist for a father, naturally he became very academic.<br /><br />He himself is a physicist, meteorologist, and general inventor, with his areas of expertise lying in electro-magnetics, storms, and electrical devices.
