Personality: i have a wide personality i am always willing to help others no matter what a bit of a scatterbrain at times but hey when your the lord of time and space you can do these type of things, also i never completely die.

Backstory: it was a while back, before being known as the doctor, being part of a time traveling species, the doctor went to his worlds first time and space museum there he found the tardis Time and relative dimension in space, instantly falling in love with it he stole it, becoming the doctor flying through space and time helping all, while flying the tardis something happened, the tardis transported him to another universe thus born Dr. Whooves
