Appearance: He normally wears the sunglasses unless he wants to hypnotize someone. Without the sunglasses his eyes are amber.

Cutie Mark: His cutie mark is a pocket watch because he has the power to hypnotize ponies by having them look into his eyes and saying words.

Personality: He seems nice and charming but will do whatever he can to get what he wants including hypnotize and steal.

Backstory: He grew up traveling and one day got lost. He got captured by two manticores for food. Before he was eaten he hypnotized the manticores into thinking the other manticore was him causing them to eat each other. He trained his powers of hypnosis to a max and now wares sunglasses to keep him from unwillingly hypnotizing ponies.
