Appearance: Dust Jacket is an average earth pony with a hazel brown irises, a grayish white coat of fur, a short tidy dark brown mane, his tail on the other hand is rather long.

Cutie Mark: A brown feather quill pen with a golden making a curved line.

Personality: He is considered as a calm stallion, and a slow-burner when provoked. Aside from his quiet surface , he has a defensive side if somepony close to him were threatened, might even resort to coercive acts, however, it is rare for him to burst out of his calm state.<br /><br />He hates annoyance; such as the repetition of high pitch sounds, loud blaring noises, and perpetual interruptions as he works. Despite his tendency to become a short fuse when in a chaotic and crowded environment, he is still able to work somewhere in a public area.

Backstory: Born from an average pony family at Canterlot. His father is an earth pony from Manehattan that moved to Canterlot and met his mother, a unicorn pony.<br /><br />He discovered his cutie mark during school-age on one sunny day during fall. It was during recess, he didn't feel hungry at that time, no... the natural need to feed his empty stomach was nullified by him being lost in the plains of his own imagination, he began taking a piece of paper and wrote everything down, he did not know where this urge to write came from, as he was going to turn the paper, the pencil he was using broke. Unable to find a capable sharpener to sharpen his pencil, instead he saw a peculiar writing quill on his teacher's desk, he took it and returned writing as soon as he could. As his teacher went in, she noticed Dust was busy writing on his own and realized he was using the teacher's quill, so she went over to his desk and was quite amazed with Dust's work, and at that very moment he discovered his cutie mark, a brown feather quill with a golden tip. Ever since he discovered his love for writing, he never walks around without carrying a small notepad along with a pen or pencil for him to write down a sudden burst of literary idea.<br /><br />As he progressed upwards in his education, the library was his place to hang out, he spent his time more at the library even stayed in the library overnight once -- slumped over a reading desk in the mystery genre section. But that one night he came across a very decent book that piqued his interest -- a book about a certain Canterlotian secret agent -- of which inspired him to write his first Frost North book, which became a book series that made him the author he is in the present day.
