Appearance: Looks just like Thunder Dash but his coat patterns are different

Cutie Mark: Twin lighting bolts surrounded by an electrical psychic aura. This signifies his lightning speed and that he can manipulate an electrical field. However, he cannot use magic through this ability. He can only control thunder clouds and storm clouds. He does this via telekinesis

Personality: Has almost the same personality as Thunder Dash except he's a bit more silly. He loves to pull pranks, which sometimes can lead to him getting caught. He's not as mature as Thunder Dash, but is working on it. He's also known for his quirky nature and randomness.

Backstory: Born to the same family as Thunder Dash, Electra Blitz would be found flying freely as a young pegasus. He was very interested in storms and whenever one would blossom, he would watch in awe. One day, as a storm was fading away and the sun was coming out, something mysterious happened. As Electra Blitz was watching, he was staring at a particular cloud, which was larger than the others. As the cloud drifted away, it suddenly stopped. Electra Blitz then noticed the cloud start to glow. It then released a large strike of lightning. Another pegasus happened to see it, and mistook it as another of one of those young unicorns trying to to magic. But when it saw Electra Blitz, it was shocked. He then saw another cloud. What he didn't know, was that he just discovered he had telekinetic abilities without being a unicorn. This is when he earned his cutie mark.
