Electric Blue

Appearance: <p> Dark blue furred, with a turquoise-trimmed white & gold mane and tail, which ends at a fine point.  Turquoise eyes, with heavy stubble around mouth and neck. </p>

Cutie Mark: <p> Two parallel turquoise lines, intercepted respectively by a semi-counter-change bolt of white gradually fading to light gold. </p>

Personality: <p> Electric Blue can usually be seen with a frown on his face, or looking displeased; in truth he is the joker of any room.  As a result of his deceptive expressions and somewhat mysterious personality he can often be seen to smirk or appear conniving; most likely he is simply thinking of an inappropriate comment or joke to make.  He enjoys cracking puns and loves to provide engaging conversation. </p>

Backstory: <p> Electric Blue was one of the faster flyers in his class at flight camp.  Born and raised in Cloudsdale, he currently serves as a Flight Lieutenant in the Royal Equestrian Air Force.  He gets on well with his squadron but longs for the days of his childhood, when he was close to Rainbow Dash among others.  Their parents, living across the street from each other, often met and brought the young pegasi along.  Although he is slightly older than Rainbow, the two of them were good friends as children and developed their flying talents together, but their lives' different paths have meant he is unable to met up with her much, reduced to family get-togethers on account of the parents still being good friends.   Electric values his family and is particularly close with his equally-jovial brother Christian Clefnote who later moved to Ponyville.  Electric is close friends with alicorn pair Prisma Watercolor and Autumn Cloud, who he met whilst they were visiting Cloudsdale.  The trio like to go for a fly together whenever Electric is stationed in Canterlot for royal duty.    His agility and speed make him a worthy Pegasus of Cloudsdale as well as a dignified officer in the air force, and he won second-place in his Best Young Flyer Competition when he was ~16.    He has been known to regularly tease Spitfire, of the Wonderbolts, about when they're going to get desperate enough to ask his squadron for volunteers.    Electric can often be seen with his partner Cuteamena, the daughter of Prisma and Autumn, and enjoys listening to music in his spare time, and playing buckball as a defender Pegasus - he once represented Cloudsdale in a regional qualifier, albeit coming off the bench.    He's a very devoted and loyal friend, but his sense of jester-like humour can get on his friends' nerves once in awhile! </p>
