Appearance: <p> <strong><font color="#2980b9">Electric Blue </font></strong>is a tall Pegasus pony with a bulky body but a big heart to match.   His mane is short and neat but playful at the same time, as is his matching tail.  He has light blue eyes and a stubbly beard which he likes to trim, and black tips to his hooves.  He generally carries a relaxed expression and tends to put whoever he's with in a good mood.  </p>

Personality: <p> <span style="color:rgb(41,128,185);"><strong>Electric Blue</strong></span> is a very relaxed Pegasus pony, but he loves to make a scene when he can, usually for comic effect.  His favourite jokes are often slapstick-based, and as a result he often puts a smile on the faces of his company!    He is a good flyer but not amazing; he tends to get very competitive in activities, no matter how small or insignificant.   Always one to enjoy a deep chat, Electric is a very approachable pony. </p>

Backstory: <p> <span style="color:rgb(41,128,185);"><strong>Electric Blue</strong></span> went to the same Cloudsdale nursery as famous ponies <strong>Rainbow Dash</strong><em> </em>and<strong> Fluttershy</strong>, and has since spent his life as a scouting agent for the<strong> Wonderbolts</strong>.  Although he never quite made it as a Wonderbolt himself, his job means he fortunately spends a lot of time with them, answering to <strong>Spitfire</strong> and has grown close to Rainbow Dash and also <strong>Lightning Dust</strong>, much to Rainbow's disapproval!  Often seen chatting with <strong>Soarin</strong>', Electric is one of the 'clowns on campus', often cracking jokes and trying to make ponies laugh - but there's a distinct underlying sense of regret to this pony; a feeling that maybe he could have been something better.   Seemingly content with the life he has, Electric is a pony known all around Cloudsdale! </p>
