Appearance: Dark blue Pegasus, golden mane.

Personality: Very loyal and social, but able to go it alone of needed.<br />He isn't violent, but can and will fight if required.<br />Highly skilled at controlling the weather, and especially at creating and controlling lightning, hence the name.

Backstory: Not very much is known about this ponies pre public life.<br />He showed up in ponyville one day, and got a job in weather management and just was assimilated into day to day life.<br />There are rumours, but they have no proof of what they say....
