Personality: Eli is quite a generous Stallion for his age always helpful and willing to get into the gnit and grit. He doesn't prefer to lead though if the need arises he'll take charge and move his friends forward but isn't known to be the talking type.

Backstory: Eli Freeman: Born in Manehatten and raised in Dodge city his parents were quick to throw him into school. He didn't make many friends but was liked by many ponies for a generally good disposition and being quite intelligent(excelled most in mathematics but is quite handy with his hooves). Eli always wanted to break out and explore the land but because of his parents he was doomed to stay home and work on his studies in mostly physics. In his spare time he often created small contraptions and traps ranging from perpetual motion devices and a small catapult made of pencils and paper that flung apples at his father. Often his parents were surprised at what Eli could do with his hooves especially for an earth pony. He graduated quite early from his school at age 17 his teachers commending his ingenuity and hard work. Without hesitation he bid farewell to his parents and left Dodgecity with just his pack full of food, a map and 800 bits with essential camping gear. His journey would lead him to Ponyville first.
