Personality: Adventurous and the lone wanderer type she often doesn't speak to anyone unless they are a crew-member or a close friend.

Backstory: She was born in a small town in Ireland to a poor family who couldn't afford the best of life but they managed to get by until one day she got lost in the harbour. she pulled out a map that she had drawn and attempted to make her way home on her way she met the captain of a group of pirates as far as pirates know this one was quite kind to Emerald but saw a use for the young mare, he brought her aboard as the navigator until at 13 she lost the use of one of her eyes in a battle. The captain let her go to prevent her from losing the other eye his last words to her were. "take this gold and go find somewhere t' live. settle down with a nice lad or lass who am ey to judge ye? but whatever ye do don't ye be headdin'back onto t' sea" Emerald however ignored this she hired a crew stole a ship and set out in search of the Captain.
