Appearance: A red unicorn pony with a normal muzzle. He has red mane with grey eyes. His mane is long and curly.

Cutie Mark: His cutie mark is a Notebook. He used to be afraid of showing his writing and his cutie mark, until he until he won a contest in Canterlot. After making friends in his new hometown of Ponyville, he takes a new outlook on writing, and isn't afraid to show his true colors.

Personality: He's friendly,slightly smug and accepting of his friends and others. He's quick to anger, and apologize. He's always thinking about writing. Also loves sleep. He is a heavy sleeper and isn't very happy when woken up from a nap.

Backstory: Escritor grew up working hard in Dodge City, and moved out when he was 18. At that time, he moved to Canterlot for a few days. After ridicule, teasing, and being beaten up at one point, he gets an offer from Rarity to move to Ponyville. He takes the offer, and makes Ponyville his new home. He meets his new best friends, Ash Windheart and Stafford Sterling.<br />He also meets Sun Flower during a random walk of his, and becomes very close to her.
