Species: Alicorn

Appearance: Coat: Pale yellow, just on the edge of being a cream-ish color<br /><br />Mane/Tail: Deep navy blue with streaks of forest green. Style: Semi-messy, but short enough that it doesn't really matter. Mostly, yet not perfectly straight. Her hair is like Rainbow Dash's, just cropped a bit shorter, so it has some curve to it.<br /><br />Eyes: Color-changing, based on her surroundings or what she's wearing, etc. In general, mostly a mossy green.<br /><br />Other notes: Though she is an alicorn, her general build and body shape isn't like any of the princesses as much as it is every other pony. She's not royalty; she's a freak accident. A pegacorn, one could say..

Cutie Mark: A darkish grey interrobang.<br />It's a simple representation of a combination of "WHAT THE..?" and "WOW!", just like her.<br />It fits her personality almost more than her "talent", which seems to be talent in general.<br /><br />When she got her cutie mark, it wasn't due to some exciting event, and she wasn't sure what to think of it. She had hoped her cutie mark would tell her something more about what she is meant to do with her life. Rather, it was when she decided and embraced that she was what she was, she did a little of everything, and she didn't care what anypony else thought.

Personality: Eureka is probably one of the most unique and unusual ponies you'll meet. She's a bit of a tomboy and is constantly moving from one hobby/obsession to another.<br /><br />She loves to experience everything, but has a fear of the unknown. She's friendly, sees everypony as a unique individual and easily gets along with nearly anypony she meets. Eureka has the ability to put herself in somepony else's hooves and see all sides of an argument. She also hates making decisions, and the worst feeling to her is knowing that she's made somepony else unhappy. The greatest joy to her is helping others to be happy and to see/make them smile.<br /><br />Her biggest fault is her lack of ability to motivate and believe in herself. Eureka is pretty capable of nearly anything she puts her mind to and makes an effort to do. It's frustrating for her because she recognizes this in herself and wishes she could change it.<br /><br />Easily entertained with a relatively short attention span, she has an amazing memory and learns quickly.<br /><br />Particular qualities Eureka's friends and family love most include her caring heart, loyalty, ability to see the bright side of every bad situation, openness, honesty and good judgement. Nearly everypony who knows her will say that two of their favorite things about her are her random Pinkie Pie personality and her sense of humor. She keeps everypony around her laughing and smiling.

Backstory: With a unicorn father, earth pony sister and pegasus mother and brother, Eureka is the only alicorn (pegacorn) in her family. She struggled with depression at about 14, but overcame that (for the most part) and is a very upbeat, energetic pony usually.<br /><br />As a young filly, she would always wear jackets, sweaters, shirts, and hoodies. She figured it was easier to cover her wings than her horn. She tried to blend in with the "normal" kids. After she stared homeschooling and had been out of public school and away from the jabs and taunts she would get from the other fillies and colts at school, she learned to accept and embrace who and what she was. She still wears jackets, but only because they're comfy and she gets cold easily. ;D<br /><br />In general, Eureka has always been very perky and random. She was raised and educated as an earth pony, and anything she's learned/knows that has to do with flight or magic has been entirely self-taught. She is a bit of a nerd and moves from one obsession/hobby to another, depending on what she's currently interested in.<br />At this point in her story, Eureka is just living life as it comes at her.
