Appearance: Grey body with a teal and purple mane. Has teal eyes that turn purple when he attempts powerful magics.

Personality: Everlast likes to try to use a calm and formal attitude, but often gets excited and will begin to act erratically until he realizes his mistake and will then attempt to calm himself down. While calm, he seems lethargic and is slow to do anything, taking time to analyze even simple statements. While when excited he will often interrupt himself with a new tangent and thinks out loud.<br /><br />He loves learning, and when given an opportunity, to find something new, he will jump on the chance. He enjoys company, because he knows that each new person he meets has something to teach him. <br /><br />He hates pain, any kind, he hates causing it, hates receiving it. When aggrieved, Everlast will take all other options before coming to blows, retreating is always an option, and surrender is conditional.

Backstory: Everlast came from a family of Canterlot nobility that claims to trace their lineage to Princess Platinum. At school, Everlast spent a few years researching history and politics until a friend decided to leave for adventure. Everlast decided that an adventure would be a great place to find a cutie mark and followed her. After travelling across most of the Equestrian countryside they found themselves at the edge of the Zebra territory. There, they were amazed at the zebra's ability to utilize magic without a horn. <br /><br />Everlast, after witnessing the Zebra's use of magic, began documenting everything about magic he could find. He is creating what he hopes will become the world's largest collection of magical knowledge. His travels took him far beyond the borders of Equestria and he still keeps connections with all sorts of non-pony colleagues such as Zebras, gryphons, and changelings.<br /><br />Recently, as he has aged to a point well beyond his prime, everlast has been searching for a way to extend his lifespan so that he may continue his work in peace.
