Appearance: Nopony actually knows what he looks like, as he always needs to wear his yellow radiation suit. When asked, he simply responds, "Glowy".

Cutie Mark: His suit has a radiation symbol on it, but his actual cutie mark is unknown.

Personality: Fallout is an example of a person who simply gave up trying. His accident changed something in his head and made him give up any kind of a goal he may have had. What's left is the most carefree pony most will ever meet.<br /><br />Fallout's new philosophy is that of pure relaxation and letting fate take its course. Thus he can be described as somewhat fearless, if a bit blissfully ignorant, as he will not really think twice about something before doing it. This is the only reason he joined Red October's gang, simply because he was bored, curious, and had nothing better to do.<br /><br />Fallout's overall demeanour can best be described as: snarky to a fault. He's got a rather deadpan way of talking, like someone who's perpetually bored, and most of what comes out of his mouth(piece) is sarcasm or wisecracks. He seems to feel he's entitled to see everything around him as funny after what he'd been through.<br /><br />When asked about the details surrounding his... unique condition and how he got that way, he's always rather vague. He sometimes claims he's forgotten, or that "it's a long and boring story" and really doesn't dwell on it. Nopony knows if this is because he's traumatised by it, or maybe he really just doesn't see it as a big deal.<br /><br />He certainly doesn't act like he's different. He's got plenty of self-esteem and is convinced he could be capable of great things if he put his mind to it. He just never will put his mind to it. He's unbelievably lazy, and getting him to do anything is an exercise in patience. Perhaps that's what attracted him to Wind Shear, his best friend, and a fellow lazy spirit.<br /><br />As far as abilities, he has plenty. His accident left him bursting with radiation, which he can control, thanks to his suit. He can make small explosions of energy or bright flashes by stomping hard enough; and he's easily the strongest member of the group, even by Earth Pony standards. But you'll rarely see him use any of these abilities, thanks to his legendary laziness.

Backstory: Little is known about the pony who became Fallout, if that was even his original name. Apparently he was once an amateur alchemist, looking to find the next big discovery and be the top of his field. Something went very wrong, however, and his experiment blew up in his face. After he came to, he found himself literally glowing with energy, and burning everything he touched.<br /><br />He put on his suit, which allowed him to contain and control his radioactivity, and soon after simply dropped everything and left. He gave up alchemy altogether, abandoned his research, and just completely lost all drive to achieve anything. And that was that. He wandered about, until he stumbled upon Red October, learned of his plans, said "Eh, why not?" and joined him.
