Personality: She loves to make ponies happy when they are having a rough day

Backstory: Felicity was born in Ponyville, where she got to work as a weather pegasus. She realized that so much ponies around her were bored and tired of constant work, work, work. Other than a few flying aces and Rainbow Dash, Felicity seemed like the only one who wasn't gloomy all day.<br /><br />One day, she decided to pick flowers and give them to each and every pony she worked with. She slipped them in their manes, saddlebags, and door mats. She was slipping a lily under her friend's mother's door when her Cutie Mark appeared! She squealed and hit her head, and when her friend's mother came out, Felicity gave her the flower, and ran off, jumping. <br /><br />When Pinkie Pie arrived in Ponyville and threw a big party, she realized that she wanted to keep making ponies smile, and help them through hard days.<br /><br />She opened a flower shop named "A Flower From Felicity" and gave them away for free, but concerned ponies worrying she would run out of money wanted to pay her, for which she objected. They decided to give her tips instead, from a few bits on her counter to a whole pouch.
