Appearance: Firebrand is an average sized earth stallion. He has a red hide with a red umber mane and tail that is black around the edges. His mane style is a spiky mohawk that curves backwards from his forehead, and orange colored eyes.
Cutie Mark: His cutie mark is a grey, three spoke gear. He is an engineer, who loves to invent new gadgets and machines. He can fix just about anything, when he takes the time to figure it out.<br />
Personality: Firebrand is a quiet and very thoughtful pony. He is both very observant and perceptive and he is careful with his actions and words. He is intelligent and bright. He can be somewhat awkward at times. He doesn’t quite realize how charming and adorable he is. He can be romantic but he is also a pony of simplicity and he has a naïve side. He gets excited at the prospect of fixing things, and though he is the youngest of the group he can be very mature. The rest of the ponies in the group unconsciously look to him for advice and help. He sometimes feels overwhelmed by this and doesn’t always feel like he gives the best advice though his friends would disagree. He hasn’t always had a lot of friends and doesn’t consider himself the coolest pony and so he is always overjoyed just to be included, and sometimes even dazed as he tries to figure out how he could possibly have earned such great friends. He is the pony that is just happy to be there. His primary characteristic is wisdom.
Backstory: Simple history. Firebrand was born and raised in Manehatten. His father is a successful business pony and well known in the business world. His mother is a homemaker. He has an older sister but no other siblings. When he was old enough his father decided he needed to go out and get his own life, and and start his own business, which did not exactly sound exciting to Firebrand as he has never been on his own before. He begrudgingly left home and started small in Ponyville, where he found out he was the element of fire and he joined the othe five elements of nature.
