Cutie Mark: His cutie mark is a wing and a hoof crossing each other. His talent is he can turn into a bird (although he has not been able to control this yet) most often he turns into a crow, but he has also turned into a duck, rooster, macaw, hummingbird, and toucan.

Personality: He is really sweet and bouncy, but tends to be quiet. He almost never angers, and if he does, he tends to shake it off. He tends to be relatively laid back and carefree. He is easily scared/startled and will squawk when this happens.

Backstory: He tied for the youngest of 5 children since he has a twin sister, and he grew up in a good household. He could never go to flight school due to his blindness, and instead stayed home and helped his mom and dad with the birds. The Penna family has always had bird-talent cutie marks (Penna is the moms side of the family, the dad has a pen and pencil cutie mark and he works for the news), and the twins are no exception to that. *Cutie Mark Story* One day Flavis was just doing his normal chores, going around and petting the birds and giving them treats (Hey, he was only 6!) suddenly he felt himself getting smaller and suddenly he could see. He was extremely excited and wanted to go tell his mom, but then he looked down and realized he had bird feet, he looked over and he had black wings, then suddenly he turned blind again and he tested his hooves and he was a pony again. Then he felt a tingling on his side. He was pretty scared about what had just happened so he ran to his mom. His mom saw his cutie mark and described it to him, and told him about how his great uncle had also had a bird transforming talent. *END* He met his best friend Scythe when he was in town one day just a few weeks later.
