Appearance: The archetypal surf bum, Blonde, almost bleached hair, blue body the color of a deep sea, and red eyes the color of... well, a usual surfer's eyes. ((Fondue isn't a stoner, he's just REALLY laid back)) Constantly wears his trademark Green wetsuit shirt, even on land. Why does he do this? 'Its comfortable, and smells like ocean, that's why dude'

Cutie Mark: Even Fondue doesn't know exactly what his cutie mark is supposed to be, but its 'radical' and that's good enough for him. He earned it when he first went surfing, so it is water/waves/surfing related, the specifics aren't known though, and he hasn't bothered to explore it too much.

Personality: Expect lots of 'duuude...' and 'awesome....' and 'totally...' when talking to Fondue. Very laid back and easy-going, he just doesn't care what people think of him, and he generally doesn't hate anyone, unless they are giving him a lot of grief or are in some way connected to 'the pony'. Even Fondue isn't sure who or what 'the pony' is... Maybe Celestia? Who knows..<br /><br />Oh yeah... almost forgot... He's really, really, REALLY LAZY.

Backstory: Raised in the sunny paradise of Mareibu, Fondue has been around the water from an early age. Clumsy on land, but graceful in water, Fondue found he much prefered the open water to land, which he viewed as restricting. Despite being quite bright, his crippling laziness led him to not pursue higher education. (He has a High School diploma, and that's about it) He instead worked as a surf instructor, which was his passion, but business wasn't great, so he had to set out to find his lot in life elsewhere, as long as it had water near it! Currently residing in Ponyville, working as the part-time soda jerk at the ice cream parlor.
